A good and simple breakfast will get you going for the rest of the day. It’s said to be the most important meal of the day. Here is my breakfast from a few weeks ago.
- One big bottle of freshly pressed Jus d’orange
- Multiple cups of coffee (double espresso)
- 2 Kaiser rolls with salami
- 1 Kaiser roll with ‘Pindakaas en Vlokken’
For the ones who never heard of ‘Pindakaas en vlokken’, it’s Peanut butter with chocolate flakes (or sprinkles) and it’s better than bacon and eggs!!
Kodak Ektar 100
The first part of this post is shot on Kodak ektar 100 film (which was rated at 75), M645 and the Mamiya Sekor C 80mm 1.9 lens. I’ve said it before, but I need to keep practising on focus control. 1.9 on Medium format is paper thin…

The second part was shot on expired Fuji Superia 200. I guess it’s a bit to expired to give of proper results. The levels of grain are to high and I’m not happy with the colors. I’ve seen better rolls of expired superia. Let’s hope this was just one bad roll, since I have got a few rolls left.
It does have that film feel though.. But in contrast with the Ektar film, the difference is a bit to big in my opinion.
